Transitioning Leadership In A Family Business

In this video we hear them recall those early days as the brothers learned the business, ultimately having the leadership responsibilities transition to their own shoulders.  They are joined by veteran staff members Pam Couch, Jill Bourland, Stacey Godwin, Larry Mendel and Jeff Harari who share their own perspectives on the transition in leadership.
