What began as a husband-and-wife team grew larger over the first 15 years. Tony and Jackie Montag began to realize they could use more help, on the investment side, marketing initiatives, and general day-to-day management.  It was around that time that son John, followed soon thereafter by son Ned, joined the family business.

Transitioning Leadership In A Family Business

In this video we hear them recall those early days as the brothers learned the business, ultimately having the leadership responsibilities transition to their own shoulders.  They are joined by veteran staff members Pam Couch, Jill Bourland, Stacey Godwin, Larry Mendel and Jeff Harari who share their own perspectives on the transition in leadership.

The Montag name has been recognized for decades within Atlanta’s wealth management circles. Take 4 minutes to hear Ned and John discuss their transition into leadership at MONTAG Wealth.
