Marketing Coordinator

Rachel Leary serves as Marketing Coordinator at MONTAG Wealth Management, providing marketing, administrative, and operational support to the Business Development team. In this role, she supports firm-wide marketing initiatives, coordinates events and conferences, assists with content development and review, and oversees website updates and data organization to ensure brand consistency and the timely delivery of materials.

Rachel plays an integral role in content development, including marketing collateral, presentations, newsletters, blogs, and social media. She also works closely with external partners to support strategic marketing and business development initiatives. Additionally, Rachel supports CRM administration, prospect and COI tracking, reporting, and sales pipeline coordination, helping foster seamless collaboration across teams.

Outside of work, Rachel co-leads a women’s Bible study and enjoys spending time building community through her church. An Ole Miss alum and avid Rebels fan, she loves cheering on Ole Miss football in the fall. She also enjoys cooking and trying new recipes and spending time with friends and family.
